swcopy command
i have to install some software and before i have to use swcopy command in order to do only once the swinstall command. But i get the error: Cannot establish a lock file on this target because of an external error.
I launche swcopy and selected a target directory, but during choice of source directory i got this message. Any info?

Did you check if there is no other sw sessions using the depot ?

Sometimes wrong sw session closing causes a security problem. Try to close all sw sessions and:
# cd /var/adm/sw/scurity
# mv ./_ACL ./_ACL.old
and run new sw session (swinstall or whatever you want).

problem solved in another way: i had to "unlock" the swcopy creating the file swlock in the /depot/catalog source directory.
All the restt went ok
..
