						Hi, 
A strange problem. I ran swlist ,but I can't see the MirrorDisk/UX software. but I can run the lvextend -m 1 /dev/vg00/lvol1 /dev/dsk/cxtxdx
command to extend the LVs .and I reinstall the MirrorDisk software ,but met so many error ,likes this :"ERROR: Reinstallation of PHKL_31500 is not supported unless included in a full system reinstallation."
need you help .

swlist -l fileset|grep -i mirror
or
swlist -l bundle|grep -i mirror
Patch PHKL_31500 is one of the base patch for hp-ux 11iv2, so can't be reinstalled.

Hello,
Whether the lvextend without mirror ( ie. -m 0) works fine. are you able to extend a LV without mirror ?
I suggest you to install the latest Patch bundle, you can get it from ITRC site itself.
Also you may run a
#swverify

there is LVM cumulative patch too..
you may check that, it has fixed for lots of LVM command issue.
