SWREMOVE percentage complete showing 50% after uninstallation...

SWREMOVE percentage complete showing 50% after uninstallation...

Used InstallAnywhere to create a Java based install... Registering with native installer using empty package. On uninstall swremove is stating that status is complete, however, percentage complete is showing 50%. What does swremove look for when determining that the package is 100% uninstalled?
