As others said, it is a commercial product.

I installed it for various customers in
Australia across different platforms and
operating systems.

You should have a dedicated EMS server too.
Basically, the ESM agents run on the
clients and they send notifications, logs and alerts to the ESM server.

From memory, the default ESM port is 5600.
