Syscall problem in eTrust

Hi everyone,

I've never gotten so many problem since I joined the HPUX team 10 years ago. Now I got a new problem:

I tried to install eTrust on 11i server. The procedures are:
1. ./install ; no problem
2. /usr/seos/bin/seload ; got following error message:

/usr/seos/bin/seload
eTrust kernel extension is already loaded.
Starting eTrust daemon. (/usr/seos/bin/seosd)
Syscall version too old.
Syscall version:
eTrust version: 5.10a (5.10) Compiled On:Sep 13 2001 18:58:38 HP-UX 1100

ERROR: Timeout waiting for eTrust daemon.

So is anyone can tell me:
1. what's happened and how to solve it.
2. Is there any way to completely remove all installed eTrust files?

eTrust is such a fun product

to remove the start up sequence

you need to move the eTrust start up file in /sbin/rc2.d/S440seos out of that directory to somewhere else so it will not get started
also move the kill file /sbin/rc2.d/K105seos

then a reboot is needed

to run it on 11i you need the following version

eTrust version: 5.10a (5.12) Compiled On:May 20 2002
