syslog i find this error

could you please guide me it a critical error.
and what are the precaution i have to take to resolve this issue.

Nov 9 00:19:18 XXXX.ddd.ccc syslog: IRMD[Info]: Adapter 0/4/0/1: Battery is fully charged. It is safe to set the cache policy to WRBACK if desired. In order to do that, please run irm. Select the RAID adapter at /dev/iop0 and change the cache policy of the desired logical drives to WRBACK.

just a warning to suggest you set the write back cache policy, but not a must.
