Syslog message.

Has anyone every seen this message or have a clue what this message means from the syslog.log:
Sep 26 11:54:15 hpmail vmunix: quad4map_32bit: rmap ovflo, lost [831348l,831430l)

I had these messages appear in the syslog at which I could not ping, telnet, or do nothing during a period of a couple minutes of time.

Any ideas?
