I get this messege in my syslog file.
Wat does it mean ?
Is it bad?

SolutionStop it, there must be a script in /sbin/init.d and configure it not to start on the next reboot.

It's not an error. It's just the system reporting that it can't find the dhcpdeny file when trying to process a request from the bootp server.
You can stop the errors by creating an empty file using
touch /etc/dhcpdeny
chmod 644 /etc/dhcpdeny
