SYSTEM CRASH - Need help
During boot the following messages appear:
btlan init: WARNING- Unable to setup Read/Write Prefetch lengths

Is your root volume mirrored? if so them boot from the alt path.

Is it mirrored on a different disk? if not Oh dear.
Do you run ignite? and use make_recovery? if not download it - its free and very good.
It is looking more and more like a dead disk or controller.
Have you tried sea from isl to find which disks are responding?

Eventually, I used the ignite tape to replace te UX on the (mirrored) disks.
That solved the problem.
