System crash

I have installed HP-UX 11.0 on a series 700 workstation, when I try to install support plus patches(June 2000,B3782-10486) the system crashes.
Life is a gift, enjoy it.

Have you got the latest firmware installed on your workstation ?
Im from Palmerston North, New Zealand, but somehow ended up in London...

Can you shed some more light on this!

At what stage of swinstall does the system fail?
Any error messages from swagentd.log & swinstall.log? Does "dbf" show you have a healthy system. Lastly, what model of S700 is it, you might need an upgrade.?
