System fault management

HI GURUS

I have an rp3440 server on 11.23 and is setting this up for the new Remote Support Pack which is the replacement for ISEE. I installed all of the prerequisite software and ran a test event to verify the communication with the HP SIM server. Only two events where generated. On other systems (rx3600) we get 5 events. I need to know if the fact we only got 2 is normal.

Please post the logs from the good machines and the not good machines. Please post.
