System Handle and Support Agreement
I'm new in all these matters, so I apologize in advance for anything abvious.
What I'm trying to do is based on FOUR system handles I have how can I know if there are support agreements associated with them?
The problem is that person in charge left the company some months ago, and I have just received update notices that we need to know in detail.
Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Re: System Handle and Support Agreement
They can find someone to look up those system handles and look at the contracts for you. (And get you set up online to look at them yourself...)
Hope it helps.

Re: System Handle and Support Agreement
I don't know what's the best way to do that but try the HP's phone number and ask them to check the support agreements base on your system handle.

Good Luck!!!

Re: System Handle and Support Agreement
Log a support call using SWCM (Software Call Manager) stating what needs to be updated. We have a special team that handles these requests.

Go there and I think you will be able to find the information you need. At least who to contact to get the old persons name off of the contracts and yours on them.
