system management homepage on rp3440

i have installed smh latest version on rp3440.
after installing when i access the SMH it shows me incomplete information with unknown status in blue?
i have also attached the screen shots for it.

second what incompleter information it is showing you.

you may have to check error logs in /var/spool/...
sorry don remember the exact path smthing like "hpsmh".
Most probably there must be some lib file will be missing or a link might be missing.
We have seen this problem in Linux.

kindly some one tell me exactly which library much be included or any patch required for it.
As i installed it first time on rp server 3440.
so any one help me???
