System Panic with external USB DVD Drive on HPUX 11i V3

Hello,

I am facing system panic everytime the moment I connect external USB DVDRW Drive ( Sony DRX-820U). This I am facing with HP-UX 11.31 . So far I tried with 2 different Model 1)RP3440 & 2)RX2620, both case panic is happenning consistently. If the USB DVD is connected with the host , it is in panic loop. Is it a known issue ? Is there any specific patch I need to load?

No patch, but a supported drive!
