System Recovery Handbook

OK, I used to have a link to a set of HP docs related to recovery of crashed systems. The document is/was in several chapters and listed a variety of topics related to rebuilding after a disaster. It was I believe intended to help field engineers walk thru the recovery process.

I've lost the link, and I can't seem to find the right combination of search terms to find the original docs.

Anybody know what I referring to? If so a link would be appreciated.

Hi:

As a logged-in ITRC user with a support contract, go to Maintenance and Support -> Knowledge Trees -> HP-UX Software Recovery Handbook.
