Hi All,

Can someone give some tips what kind of initial troubleshooting steps one should perform to help in initial analysis if users complain that system is very slow?

1)check the syslog.log first
2)network configurations
3) what was the last modification to the system

Hello naras,

1) Check for CPU and Memory utilization first.

Use command top to indentify those information.

2) Check for swap then

swapinfo -tm
