Solution
Hi Pete,
what you DID (or somebody did it for you) was to install the "GlancePlus PAK" - that includes ITO-SE (Standalone Edition).
But since you don't like it, and since the whole product is now obsoleted you can even uninstall it (maybe the whole "PAK" and only install "GlancPlus" - without "PAK").
If you search for "ITO-SE", you could find the description for uninstalling it - I do remember having read about it this very week, well, somewhere :-/

Are you using HP Domain Enterprise Server Operations Manager? It appears that this product uses ITO.
