Systems Inventory Manager Installation and DMI

I am installing SIM and DMI to manage inventory on my HP-UX systems. During installation, the installation fails saying that DCE-KT tools 1.7.1 has not been installed. I installed DCE-KT tools, even though it is complaining and unable to run post installation scripts through swinstall.
If anybody has installed this product suscessfully, your help will be greatly appreciated.
