tcb/files/auth field values

Hi guys,

I'm not really an expert on HP-UX; just know enough to get around. So I hope you can provide some assitance. It will be much appreciated and scored highly.

Ok here goes:
1.) what does u_pwd=* mean? (note this belongs to default system account). I thought this is supposed to be encrypted password.
2.) What does u_auditflag#1 mean? Are there other possible values for u_auditflag field?
3.) What values are available for u_nullpw field?
4.) What values are available for u_lock field?

If you can proivide a link or some ebook material, its doubly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

All the best,

Re: tcb/files/auth field values

Thanks for the tip guys.

With regards u_pwd=* does this mean the account is disabled?
