TDI hooks (for Windows) analog for HP-UX 11i v3

Hi.

Are there any tools or interfaces which, on the one hand, allow me to intercept all net packets (or raw traffic) before the actual receivers will get them, and on the other hand, intercept all packets, before they will be actually sent into the net from senders.
