tecad_logfile is not running on the system mite it has been stopped

how should i run the process tecad_logfile

description of the problem was :The number of instances (0.0) of process tecad_logfile (with arguments .*syslog) is lower than 1.0

This is a third party product if I am not mistaken. Care to share details? The product probably has a support website as well.
