Telnet problem
Hello everyone, i am faced with a problem to which i have never encountered.
I'm trying to connect to the server through telnet and i the message:"set environment CBC" keep appearing. I need to know want is it, why it's happening, and can i cancel it or not & how to do so?
I am working on an HP 9000-J200 system platform. HP-UX 11.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Telnet problem
There is not standard message like that in hp-ux. It must be coming from /etc/profile or .profile of the user. Please check /etc/profile and .profile of user.
There is no substitute to HARDWORK

Re: Telnet problem
Shalom,
It appears the targert server has enhanced authentication of even telnet with kerebos. The server appears to be asking for authentication credentials.
