TeMIP Client SetupLauch config file API required

Hi All
I am trying to modify the SetupLauch config file present in the TeMIP Client. Is there any API to update the config file present in the TeMIP Desktop API's or some other places.
What can be the API which can update/modify my config file ? This updation should be effective when we start the TeMIP Client or any other *.tpi application.
