Tftp error code : ignite-ux ( golden image)

Dear Admins
I am getting this error while installing client
Error: Failed to load config file:
“/opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.11.11/core_archive_cfg” from server’
Error: Failed to load config files from server or media
Tftp Error code
Please help me to solve this

Does that file exist on the server?
Permissions?

Is the TFTP service enabled on the server?

I dont know what happened, now file is missing
