The EVM daemon has failed and cannot be restarted

Dear All,

I have rx3600 w HPUX 11.31 Base OE, which suddenly prompt this error:
The EVM daemon has failed and cannot be restarted.

The OS already have patches below:
PHCO_36032
PHCO_36038

Is there any other reason trigger this error? Thanks.
