the implications of removing cluster from a cluster server
I have two servers (ab_s_01a & ab_s_02a) that are clustered on a raid system.
If there was need for removing the two systems from a cluster and dedicate the storage to one of the servers (i.e ab_s_01a)and use the other server (ab_s_02a) as a backup server.
my challenges are as follows:
1. how to carry out the task of removing the two servers from a cluster?
2. the implications of such task
Thanks in advance and hope to assign points appropriately.

Re: the implications of removing cluster from a cluster server
hi,
i didn't understand. it's a cluster or a package ?
what is running on each server ?
if it's a package or a lot of package, specify that primary node is server one and adoptive node is secondary

Re: the implications of removing cluster from a cluster server
Shalom,
1-2. The cluster will cease to function unless this is a cluster with more than 2 nodes.
cmhaltcl, and have a nice day.
I might add that this is difficult to answer.
1) What is your OS version?
2) What is your SG version?
3) Does the SG clustser use the shared storage noted above?
