the queue of printing is blocked

I have a server rp3410 with HP-UX 11.00 and the impression line is blocked when I sends to print. On the other hand from a server rp2470 I don't have problems.

Please of their help with some patch or installer for the server rp3410.

What is the status of the queue?

What is the output of lpstat?

Have you tried the accept/enable commands?

I have to enable the queue 2 times to be able to print.

There looks to be an issue with the interface script just like it says.
Check the permissions on the files in /etc/lp/interface and the model.orig/
