Re: TIME PROBLEM

Hi,

It might be timezone problem.

OS is providing IST timing whereas MP might be in different timezone.
Best wishes,

Ganesh.

Re: TIME PROBLEM

Hi Dhinesh,

By default the MP time will be in UTC and there is no option to change the TIMEZONE in MP.And the OS time will be based on the MP clock which works on the UTC time zone and converted according to the configured timezone in your OS.

So change the MP time.
(This is so obvious, I must not be understanding your real question??)

Re: TIME PROBLEM

Ok, so your real question is how to set these two clocks separately. It appears you can't and the MP must always be in UTC.
If you want the current UTC time you can use "date -u".
