to remove stale PEs

Hi
One of the root mirror disk containing stale PEs.So I can't take the ignite backup.Is it possible to solve this without breaking the mirror?

Hi:

First, try a 'vgsync'. While you do that, look at your 'syslog' for additional diagnotics and *read* this:

Shalom,

You don't remove stale PE's.

You replace the disk they are on and re-mirror.

I've made this problem go away for a few days by re-mirroring but it always comes back.
