Too many files in /var/opt/ots
Could you please let me know why these files are generating continuoulsy. How to stop these files generation

This is of OSI transport Services file. Do you use this service in your environment ? If not you can stop this service and observe. /var/opt/ots is its installation directory.
You should get some clues from the syslog.

Are you running OTSLite?
Check your settings in /etc/rc.config.d/ots
