What does it mean?

I guess both disks are the same so the problem is that there are too many alternative paths to this disk.

Attach a vgdisplay -v for that vg.

You cannot configure more disks for this VG.


I think you must recreate VG using -p flag.

See man vgcreate.

Or just create a new vg.
