Toolkit 2.20 Problems with Monitor & Oracle shutdown

We are in the process of integrating the EMCT version 2.20. We are using the oracle piece. A number of problem have come along the way. Is anyone using this version of the toolkit and did you encounter any issues related to the integration of the toolkit?
