TopTools for HP-UX ??

I have both HP NetServers and HP-UX servers in my environment. The NetServers come with or can get downloaded HP TopTools which helps me manager the hardware and basic subsystem of the sevrer. Is there a similar product/"agent" for HP-UX servers? Whether free (preferable) or at a cost. My guess is that HP OV Operations would probably provide this functionality, but I don't know if I'll be able to invest the cost of the whole Operations package (console and agents). On the other hand, if I could just buy the agents, and they were able to report alerts to HP NNM, which we do own, that might be a viable and cost effective solution.

Hello Michael,

on HP-UX usually the "EMS" (Event Monitoring System) is used for that purpose.
But hp supports DMI for HP-UX, too:
