Re: TPM Ratings

I was talking to our HP rep last week, and he said they haven't published them yet for the new chips, but he said they look pretty darn good.

Hope it helps

Possibly here:

A search for "TPM" turned up several threads with other suggestions:

Re: TPM Ratings

This is from the May 2003 HP Configuration Guide.

rx2600 two way 900MHz procs 35,000 TPM estimate
rx2600 four way 1GHz procs 40,000 TPM estimate.

rx5670 four way 900MHz 70,000 estimate.
rx5670 four way 1GHz 80,000 estimate.

The rx2600 numbers look funny to me. Going from two 900MHz procs to four 1GHz only give a 5,000 TPM increase. It's the same 1GHz proc as the rx5670. I would expect the number to be closer to the 80,000 number the rx5670 has. I have to believe it's a mis-print.
