tput, untic and code meant

I'd like use tput to print in on my terminal some formatted text.
So i saw unitc output command to view codes to use but I don'k know meant of code.
Where I can found it?

Ex. cup, cud1 etc. etc.

man terminfo is a good start

man untic is also interesting.
