Troubles with FileSystems HP-UX 11.0

I have this problem when i run the bdf command,
"/dev/vg01/lvol17 10240000 1630746399 -1787660202 -1038% /db3
/dev/vg01/lvol15 11264000 -1384778714 1308790047 1822% /db1"

help please

Missing critical information here:

1. HP-UX version
2. filesystem version

For the filesystem version, use:

fstyp -v /dev/vg001/lvol17
fstyp -v /dev/vg001/lvol15

Are you up to date on patches? Have you rebooted recently? The numbers indicate severe corruption in the directory structures. Are there any disk error messages from dmesg or from /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log?
