Trusted system

I have a HP 9000 K-class server running HPUX 10.20. This is not a trusted system. We have HP NNM 6.1 and Ciscoworks 4.0also running on this server. I was asked to make this system trusted. I was using SAM to do this. My concern is that, If I turned this machine in to a trusted system. is there going to be any effect( problems) on HP NNM or Cisco works. This is our production server. and we have a very large network that we manage with HP NNM and Cisco works. Did any body worked in this kind of a situation, If so did you encounter any problems with any of this applications, how do you fix the problem. Hop somebody provide me some help. The change to trusted system won't do any harm to your applications. The major differences between trusted and non-trusted systems are enhanced auditing and shadowed passed/group. If you want detailed information, contact me by email.
