Trusted Systems and measureware

A client of mine has two R390 HPUX 11.0 servers they would like to make trusted. These servers act merely as web servers on the other side of a firewall. Could anyone tell me if measureware and perfview processes (i.e. scopeux)still run on a trusted system? In addition would ITO agent be able to run on a trusted system?

1) IT/O agents on trusted system.

There are a number of restrictions. You can find those by going to docs.hp.com. Choose the 'IT/O Administrator's Reference Vol. I' and search for 'trusted'. There is a table with the restrictions.

2) PerfView and MeasureWare processes

There should be no problem to run those processes on a trusted system. The manuals don't mention it either

I have a machine converted to trusted system that runs measureware and IT/O with no problem. Because the same box has implemented high security (telnet, ftp,rcp, aso desable), and ssh I had to install everything localy. Otherwise everything is okay...

I'm not aware of any problems with MeasureWare, GlancePlus, or PerfiView on trusted systems. If you run into any problems let us know.
