TTD / MWA

Hi!
I can't get the ttd job to run.
It runs 2 minute and then it die.
I have stop and start mwa
And this is upp an running
/opt/dce/sbin/rpcd
I get this error message
ttd: Tue May 10 10:50:12 2005
udtd_rpc: tcp registration failed
