tuning kernel for support application

My application have requirements:
- java 1.5 / 1.4
- semua patch o/s utk java 1.4 & 1.5
- heap / max dsize os : 4 gig
- file descriptor : 60rb

My system running hpux 11.11 Sept 2006. What kernel should be tune and pathes for java 1.4 & java 1.5 ?

These settings will vary based on how the application was written and what OTHER things the system does.

Your patch level is appropriate if all patches recommended from http://www.hp.com/go/java are installed.
