ulib error

After reinstalling swgettools and applying patch PHCO_23966 this is what I get when I try to install other files:

Internal error. Illegal return code from uilib routine. This error occurred in function "smc_SourceEntry", source file
"smc_source.c", line 1470.

I assume there were no errors during patch installation, and that it returns "configured" if you run:

swlist -l fileset -a state PHCO_23966

If you can get the text file for this patch, and write a little script for comparing the cksum of each file against what it expects, this may help.
