Hello ,
I just got the error "Unable to access previously accessed device at nport ID 0x618213" in dmesg in
one of our hpux box (HP-UX B.11.23 9000/800).Pls help me how to resolve this issue.I can able to see no_hw issues in ioscan output also.Pls help me ..!!

If there is no NO_HW in ioscan -fn o/p then there is nothing to worry about.

Was there any SAN/Storage ativity going on, have any disk been replaced recently on the Storage side?

If yes then it is absolutely a normal message.

There was no disk replacement happened recently.

it seems that you can not access your adic scalar library on hp-ux machine. is it powered off ?

Storage team had activity during that time.It was ok later on.
