Unable to copy certain software from DVD

I ordered the 11iv3 application DVD and want to copy ServiceGuard and SG Extension for RAC to our Ignite-UX server. Using SAM I can view the software but when I go to copy the software it doesn't see SG Extension for RAC. Does anyone know what options allow me to see all the software bundles?

The Ignite Server is 11iv2 and the media is for 11iv3. I tried using "-x enforce_dependencies=false" with no luck. I entered the code for the DVD successfully.

#swcopy -s /SD_CDROM Serviceguard @ /depots

Here is the syntax,

Mounting the Product Disc
On most hp-ux PA-RISC systems, the product disc mounts automatically when you insert it into the drive. If the disc does not mount automatically, then follow
these steps to mount it:

1. Switch user to root:
$ su - root
If necessary, enter a command similar to the following to eject the currently mounted disc, then remove it from the drive:

# /usr/sbin/umount /SD_DVD
3. Insert the disc into the disc drive.

4. Enter a command similar to the following:

# /usr/sbin/mount -F cdfs -o rr /dev/dsk/cxtydz /SD_DVD

In this example, /SD_DVD is the disc mount point directory and/dev/dsk/cxtydz is the device name for the disc device you will get it from using
# ioscan -fnK |grep "DVD"

5. If Oracle Universal Installer displays the Disk Location dialog box, then enter the disc mount point directory path. For example:
/SD_DVD

I know how to mount DVDs and run swcopy. I'm wondering why I don't see all the software when doing a swcopy. When you specify a bundle by name, how do you get the name?

Seth,

Do you have the purchase order number for what you are trying to install? It is a purchased product and until you enter a code into SAM you will not be able to see the software to install.

You do not see all of the software on the DVD because its not all unlocked with codewords.

HP puts the same software on all DVD's but only grants access to pay for products to those who pay for it.

The problem was that the codeword only unlocked some software on the DVD media and another codeword was required.
