ERROR: HP Insight Manager software must be removed before installing the HP VirtualMachines.
Version off HPSIM-HP-UX: C.05.02.02.00.06 HP Systems Insight Manager Server Bundle

Solutionyou are trying to install Integrity Virtual Machines on a host that already looks like a HP SIM CMS server. HP SIM cannot run on a VM host (system used to host virtual machines), so you either have to choose another system or remove the SIM software first.
