Hi, Thanks everyone for your excellent suggestion and input, especially Denver. The problem got resolved after I changed the nsswitch.conf from compat to files.

Great Job... everyone :> and Thats make HP standout from other vendor.

Changed the nsswitch.conf entries "compat" to "files"
