unable to login and su

hi
i'm having Tru64 5.1 B.
i can login as root and working.but user leval i can't login anywhere,but only one particular user can login,all other users unalbe to login.if i tried to login or su such users i get "no directory" error message.pl., help me.

Plese post your questions in the proper session.

Can u check for the 'passwd' file entries and the 'home directories of these users.
