Universe date validation

We currently have Universe Rel 9.4.1.1 I running on HP-UX 10.20. The user brought to my attention that the date validation in Universe is not working properly. Does anyone know of
any patches to fix this problem?

I run 9.4.1.1.I on 10.20 and do not find any date problems.
Where and how is the error occuring?
