Unix Administration and development forums/chats?

Can someone recommend me some good chats and forums that deal primarily with Unix System Administration and development.

I am currently an administrator for SCO Unix and HP-UX 9000 systems; there are also some Windows NT where I work and a Sun/OS Call Management System available.

I would really appreciate any good advise.

Are you looking for SCO and HP mailing lists?

In anycase http://www.ugu.com might a good starting point for lots of general information.
