unix command running on windows

Best bet is from Microsoft itself - Services For Unix. It is available for 120 days trail. And you can do almost everything as with UNIX. There are 300 plus statndard unix commands available with this product. Try it from,

SFU also offers telnet,ftp,NFS services.
