Do you have the patch - PHNE_25907 installed ? Install it, that may solve the issue.

I never would advise a upgrade, but do a cold install instead.

Regarding the upgrade, the best way is to do the cold install, you can find the details manuals at

www.docs.hp.com

and follow them step by step.

If you get paid overtime you might wish to continue the upgrade if not make life simple and easy do a cold install.
